You agree to notify earnph2 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. earnph2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
earnph2 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking, and other payment methods as published on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. earnph2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earnph2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
earnph2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
earnph2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if earnph2 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
You may close your earnph2 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
